In order to upgrade or downgrade an account you will need to either edit the package assigned or create a new package and assign it via the "upgrade / downgrade" feature found in WHM.
To edit an existing package:
1) Log into WHM.
2) Click on "Edit Packages" under the "Packages" section.
3) Select the package in question and click the "Edit" button.
4) Input the desired amounts of space, bandwidth, email accounts, etc and click the "save changes" button.
To create a new package and assign it:
1) Log into WHM.
2) Click on "Add Packages" under the "Packages" section.
3) Input the desired amounts of space, bandwidth, email accounts, etc and click the "Add" button.
To Assign the new package:
1) Click on "Upgrade/Downgrade an Account" under the "Account Functions" section.
2) Select the account in question and click the "Modify" button.
3) Highlight the new package and click the "Upgrade/Downgrade" button.
You're all set.
