The problem caused to your domain is that your domains have expired and without renewal. It is our regstrant renewal policy that if domain was not renewed within 10 days after its expiration date, the status of the domain will be changed to registrar-hold, then your website with domains will not be accessible. But you could renew the domain through your control panel before it falls into the redemption period (about 30-40 days after expiration date). Once being renewed, the status will be changed to active automatically, and your website will be up and running again.
